Quality Assurance Chain Link Temporary Fencing

Production Process 

1. Start by cutting steel tubes to the right lengths. These tubes will be the outer frames of the temporary fence panels.

2. Next, weld the cut tubes to make the outer framework of the fence panels. This frame gives the structure and stability.

3. Attach chain mesh in two ways. The first way is to spiral wrap 2.00mm hdg wire around the chain link mesh panel in all four directions. The second way is to use FLAT BAR to pull and straighten the mesh from left to right, then secure it with iron wire above and below the panel.

4. Cut the corners of the mesh to make them smooth and safe, removing any sharp edges.

5. Weld the horizontal pipes on both ends carefully, ensuring they connect well to the frame.

6. Polish the welds to make them look better and last longer. Make sure they are smooth and clean.

7. Coat the panels with anti-rust epoxy to protect against corrosion. This coating keeps moisture and other corrosive elements away.

8. Apply a silver powder coat to every welded area for a sleek look and extra protection.

9. Stack the finished panels carefully to keep them in great condition until they are needed.

10. Finally, package the panels well for shipping. This makes sure they arrive in perfect condition, ready to provide security and safety.
