Our standard Temporary Sound Wall is straightforward to set up and remove, composed of four key layers:

1. PVC Acoustic Membrane - This provides optimal strength. It's a key part of the sound wall.

2. Sound Insulation Felt - We make this from EPDM (Ethylene PROPYLENE DIENE Monomer). It's a vital component.

3. Acoustic Wool - We craft this from non-woven cloth. It's designed to absorb sound.

4. Waterproof Lining - This makes our wall perfect for all weathers.

These materials, including EPDM, provide excellent sound insulation and absorption, giving you noise control of 25dB, 30dB, or even 40dB. All these materials have high waterproof standards and medium fireproof standards.

For added function and safety, we also offer optional extra layers:

A. A non-flammable layer - Perfect for use near high-temperature equipment and factories. Temporary Sound Wall withstands temperatures of 1580 to 1770°C. B. Noise absorption and insulation - We achieve this with PP plus PET materials. C. A static-free materials layer. D. An XPE layer.
