Production Process of Chain Link Fence Panels
- Pre-hot Dip Galvanized Wire Drawing: Draw the wire and coat it with zinc for durability and rust resistance.
- Cutting Wire and Pipes: Cut the galvanized wires and frame pipes to the required lengths as specified.
- Wire Weaving: Carefully weave the wires into a chain-link mesh pattern for uniformity and strength.
- Cutting the Corners of the Mesh: Trim excess wire from the mesh corners to create a clean, finished look.
- Pre-hot Dip Galvanized Pipes Welding: Weld the frame pipes together to form a strong and stable fence panel.
- Polishing the Welds: Polish the welds to achieve a smooth surface and enhance appearance.
- Painting Anti-Rust Epoxy: Apply anti-rust epoxy to welded areas to prevent corrosion and ensure longevity.
- Spraying Silver Powder Coat on Each Weld: Spray a silver powder coat on each weld for extra protection and improved looks.
